![]() One reason I like it so much is that I always felt like I was watching my Mom's family when she was growing up - there were seven kids, they lived in the mountains of Virginia and grew up during the Depression, and the family ran a sawmill / lumber business. Mix shallots, minced parsley, and lemon peel in small bowl. Brush 2 large roasting pans with 1 tablespoon olive oil each.
